富邦馬拉松主持人 爆歧視言論

「2013台北富邦馬拉松」在今天上午7時開跑，起跑20分鐘後卻出現歧視言論。現場轉播主持人、前主播丁元凱在辨識參賽選手時，由於手邊沒有選手編號資料，脫口說出「幫我查一下那傢伙是誰！」「那個老黑啊！黑人！」

丁元凱起先在轉播時表示，手邊沒有該選手資料，待查詢後再向觀眾報告，但也說出「他是誰啊？」「或許是來亂的，我是指故意一開始跑很快，擾亂其他選手的控速節奏。」在轉播空檔，「老黑」言論傳進主辦單位替媒體安排的媒體轉播中心，工作人員隨即將轉播音量降低，避免再爆爭議言論。

主辦單位表示，當時為廣告時段，因此相關言論並未即時轉播，而媒體中心提供現場直接轉播，因此聽見主持人個人言論。丁元凱助理指出，相關言論沒有惡意，但要到轉播結束後才方便說明。
