媒體今天引述國民黨內不具名的黨政人士指出，國民黨中央委員連勝文參選台北市長「可能性極高」，且已與黨中央取得若干默契。不過國民黨中央今早發新聞否認「默契說」，但對於連勝文參選可能性，則隻字未提。

國民黨發言人楊偉中表示，國民黨內有意願參與台北市長選舉的優秀同志眾多，國民黨將依據初選提名機制，公平公正的辦理提名作業；現階段則積極鼓勵所有有意參選同志積極經營基層，並無所謂與特定人選「取得部分默契」之說。
