降低勞安 北市簽安全伙伴結盟

為了讓房市交易更透明，又照顧勞工權益，北市勞動檢查處今天和台北市不動產估價師公會、北市不動產仲介經紀商業同業公會簽署「安全伙伴結盟儀式」，未來全市900多家不動產業者，在銷售物件時，若在工程施工中曾發生重打職災，即會主動提供相關資訊，供消費者參考。

此外，過去職災地圖公布時，僅知道是哪個工地發生重大死亡職災，但究竟是哪一層樓、哪塊基地都不明確，為了詳細介定「兇宅」的所在地，未來在公布時，也將和不動產業者合作，確認意外發生的樓層、基地位址等詳細資訊。
