帝寶每坪298.2萬 創豪宅單價新高

內政部不動產實價登錄最新揭露資料，台北市指標豪宅「仁愛帝寶」出現4戶交易紀錄，最高成交單價每坪298.2萬元，創下豪宅交易實價資料的新天價。

根據最新揭露實價登錄資料，全台最知名豪宅「帝寶」成交資料四筆，19樓2戶，13樓1戶，7樓1戶，總價最高為13樓的4.37億元，單價最高為19樓的每坪298.2萬，也是目前全台最高單價。信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德指出，今年7月實價揭露「皇翔御琚」成交每坪270萬元，成為國內豪宅房價最高的社區，還不到半年的時間，豪宅一哥的位置就由「仁愛帝寶」所取代，一口氣拉高到每坪298.2萬元，接近每坪300萬元的關卡，創下豪宅房價新的里程碑。
