緬甸總統令 特赦所有政治犯

根據緬甸國營媒體報導，緬甸現任總統登盛30日簽署發出總統令，特赦所有政治犯。由於歐美各國持續不停要求緬甸政府無條件是仿政治犯，一旦總統令生效後，國際社會有可能因此對緬甸政府恢復信心。

緬甸這份總統令雖然沒有提及確切的政治犯人數，但推估應有數十人目前正在服刑中。緬甸總統登盛(Thein Sein；1945年4月20日－)今年7月曾明白表示，為因應歐美等國的要求，在今年內將釋放所有政治犯。

根據維基百科的說明，現年68歲的登盛於2011年3月30日就任第1任緬甸聯邦共和國總統。2012年1月20日，他在接受《華盛頓郵報》採訪時表示，緬甸改革「絕對不會走回頭路」，「我們正處於邁向民主的正確道路上。正因為我們在正確的方向上，所以只能向前邁進。而且，我們也沒有任何想要走回頭路的意思」。他也敦促西方國家儘早解除對緬甸的制裁。
