油汙賠償 英國石油上訴敗訴

英國石油（ＢＰ）就油汙賠償向美國法院提出的上訴案，11日被判敗訴。ＢＰ與因為油汙發生而蒙受損失的企業於2012年達成賠償協議，其後ＢＰ提出上訴，要求取消協議的條件，美國的上訴法院11日宣布維持2012年的和解條件。

ＢＰ願意就2010年墨西哥灣「深水地平線」鑽油平台爆炸造成的油汙汙染，賠償因油汙災難而蒙受經濟損失的企業，但是ＢＰ同時認為，既有協議的條件，可能導致該公司因一些謊報而付出大筆金錢。

ＢＰ指出，法院任命的求償管理人擬定的賠償方式太慷慨，公司與個人可透過損失謊報而獲得大筆賠償。（英國廣播公司）
