廣告已涉及不公平　公平會罰華碩

公平會今天對華碩電腦開罰，罰款20萬元。華碩在它的平板電腦廣告中宣稱，2D及3D繪圖效能速度比宏碁的平板電腦分別快了1.1倍、1.2倍，公平會調查指出，華碩明知道不同測試軟體測試的結果可能不同，卻在廣告中宣稱華碩的平板電腦繪圖速度比競爭者的商品優越，宏碁被比較的商品，強調重量、藍芽功能的優越，華碩廣告中的規格比較表沒有把這部分揭露，只彰顯自己比較優越的項目。

公平會認為，華碩已經在整體印象上造成不公平的比較效果，足以影響市場交易秩序，違反公平交易法第24條，因此處以20萬元罰鍰。
