審預算時間短 立委自嘲豬狗不如

立法院教育文化委員會今審查「國家科學技術發展基金」與「科學工業園區管理局作業基金」預算，立法委員邱智偉說這兩個基金總額高達500多億，立委上周五下午才收到國科會厚厚兩本預算書，周一就得審查完畢，這樣的工作品質簡直「豬狗不如」，希望委員會能延長預算審查時間，別用輕浮態度看管人民納稅的錢，讓立委被外界看不起。
