菲律賓傳出上午舉行記者會，大批媒體遠赴菲國，菲方卻說沒有這場記者會，外交部今天表示，有掌握訊息。據指出，日前傳出菲方拒發簽證給我國國民，後來查明是菲方國內選舉放假，這場烏龍記者會也是同樣情況。
