說謊狡辯　外交部再度譴責菲律賓暴行

外交部指出，菲國公務船侵入我專屬經濟海域攻擊我無武裝的漁船，導致我漁民中槍傷重死亡，菲國公務船非法使用武力，代表國家行為，菲律賓政府負有國家責任，且案發經查明為菲律賓公務船後，菲國當局一再推諉，辯稱該公務船係執行勤務緊追，並指稱係因我漁船意欲衝撞，所作出之開槍自衛行為，罔顧事實，我完全無法接受，嚴正呼籲菲政府拿出誠意，必須正式道歉、賠償損失、儘速徹查事實嚴懲兇手，及儘速啟動台菲漁業談判。
