陳美鳳與徐福慶（David）去年3月因情變爆出隱婚9年，撕破臉隔空互嗆，今年3月爆出David去年4月已向美國法院訴請離婚，要求每月300萬元贍養費，兩人離婚官司開打，據悉4月美國法院已傳喚陳美鳳到庭。

昨本報直擊David自美返台，入住淡水1戶至少4千萬元豪宅，昨他手機沒開機，陳美鳳未接手機，她友人透露：「她因工作申請延期出庭。」
