國際名導張作驥被林姓女編劇指控性侵，林女接受《壹週刊》專訪時表示，為抗拒張作驥將生殖器強塞嘴試圖性侵，她激烈掙扎下全身瘀傷，乳頭和嘴唇更被張作驥咬破，但令她痛心的是，案發當晚一起聚會的朋友和藝人，竟龜縮怕事，沒有人出面。

林女友人表示，林女當晚就前往警局報案，身上衣物全被警方取走，過幾天採證後就會知道。張作驥工作室男員工表示，偵查不公開，一切等檢方調查。
