《MarketWatch》周二 (28日) 報導，信評機構穆迪 (Moody's Ratings Service) 宣布，將美國銀行體系的前景評等，由「負面」調升至「穩定」，並稱國內經濟景況持續改善，銀行營運惡化的風險下降。

自從 2008 年爆發金融危機以來，穆迪對美國經濟前景均保持負面觀感。但公司現預期美國 2013-14 年間國民生產毛額 (GDP) 增幅，在 1.5-2.5％之間，失業率將持續下滑向 7％前進。

穆迪董事總經理，同時也是今日報告聯合作者 Sean Jones 說到：「GDP 持續增長，外加就業條件不斷改善，可幫助銀行捍衛現已趨向強健的資產負債表。」

追蹤 S＆P 500 指數中金融類股的道富 SPDR 金融指數基金，已上漲 1.6％。
