（中央社記者田裕斌台北8日電）已經21連摃的威力彩今天晚上將再度開獎，台灣彩券預估，頭彩獎金達新台幣12億元，若1注獨得，是今年第2高、威力彩史上第3高單注頭彩獎金。

在12億元的誘惑下，投注站今天再現包牌熱，包下第2區8個號碼是基本款，也不乏出現辦公室集資包牌客。

台彩提醒，集資包牌的彩迷，由於兌獎時是「認券不認人」，集資前最好確定能舉證自己也是出資人，後續若有爭議才站得住腳。

台彩建議，共同集資包牌的彩迷可在彩券背面簽上姓名，不怕麻煩者，更可書面寫明集資內容，並附上彩券影本，對自身權益才有保障。

根據台彩統計，威力彩頭彩累計獎金最高落在2008年10月30日，高達19.67億元，當時由2注共享，單注中得9.83億元，單注獎金最高則落在去年7月30日，15.65億元由1人獨得。1020708
