大陸國家信息中心今天指出，人民幣升值後，進出口增長幅度將會陸續下滑，建議短期應保持匯率基本穩定，中期應讓匯率中間價逐步市場化，增加匯率彈性。

大陸國家信息中心今天在中國證券報發布報告指出，下半年外貿進出口增長幅度會進一步下滑，全年出口增長幅度約9％，進口則僅7.3％左右，認為除了需調整貿易結構之外，還要保持匯率穩定。

報告建議，短期內要保持人民幣匯率基本穩定，中期則需推動人民幣匯率市場化進程，同時建立由市場決定匯率的機制，由匯率中間價逐步市場化做起，以增加匯率彈性、保持貿易增長幅度。。
