7 月營造工程物價下跌1.18％

主計總處國情統計通報顯示，今年七月營造工程物價指數較上年同月下跌百分之一點一八，其中材料類下跌百分之二點二五，勞務類則漲百分之零點八九。

七月營造工程物價指數年增率百分之一點一八，材料類跌百分之二點二五，其中又以金屬製品類跌幅百分之七點八五為最大，主因國際鋼價續處低檔，且國內需求低迷所致；機電設備類因銅價下跌牽動電線電纜價格下滑百分之四點二三，且LED 燈泡價格持續走低，使得照明設備下跌百分之二點三二，致機電設備整體下跌百分之一點五九；另外塑膠製品類，因HDPE管除外的塑膠硬管價格上揚，漲百分之六點五九；木材及其製品類因木板、清水木模價格續處高檔，漲百分之二點一；油漆塗裝類也漲百分之一點八七。
