王建煊重批監察院「棄之有益」

針對監委第二度對基隆市長張通榮提出彈劾，卻仍然無法通過，監察院長王建煊上午重話批評表示，昨日聽聞張通榮案彈劾案又沒通過審查會，他生氣得不得了，甚至因此心律不整。

他認為，監察院如果不能伸張公平正義，那就不如關門比較好，俗話說，食之無味、棄之可惜，他認為監察院如今是「棄之有益」，廢無法伸張正義的監察院，對國家反而是好的，他認為監察院表現最好的時期，反而是過去陷入運作空窗3年的時期。
