毒餐盒無端遭波及　華航：已全面下架　依約求償

吸入、誤食恐造成精神混亂、無意識，或腎肝衰竭死的甲苯，居然被用來擦拭餐盒，許多知名連鎖企業包含鼎泰豐、呷尚宝、蕃茄村漢堡、台灣雞腿王等無一倖免通通中標，對此華航也做出回應，表示調查結果出爐後將依約求償。

對毒餐盒事件，華航聲明「為確保消費者安全，已立即停用該廠供應的紙杯」，等待調查釐清後，也會按照損失跟廠商依約求償。

毒食風暴之後連餐盒都有問題，報導一出，民眾也紛紛在底下留言，說「商人能不能有點良心！」、「快把負責人抓起來」，甚至還諷刺的說「台灣人都快百毒不侵了！」

而皇冠董事長朱明耀對蘋果記者坦承有用甲苯擦紙容器，但說是偶發事件，「因酒精擦不掉，才用甲苯。」他也承認，「常理是不能用」，並表示會負責，將消費者有疑慮的容器回收銷毀。由於皇冠供應國內上百家餐飲業，遭波及的廠商昨都表示會立即停用皇冠的餐盒。
