商總張平沼建議 電價再分兩波漲

十月除了第二波電價調漲之外，高鐵票價、國內線機票、國家風景區停車費和桶裝瓦斯價格也陸續調漲，可能再度帶動一波漲價潮。全國商業總會理事長張平沼說，希望政府考慮大眾的預期心理帶動的物價上漲，電價應該分兩波漲或緩漲。（戎華儀報導）

桶裝瓦斯價格已經從八月起取消減半調漲措施，電價、高鐵票價、國內線機票、國家風景區停車費等，也都將從十月起調漲。商總理事長張平沼指出，去年油電雙漲帶動物價上揚，現在經濟平穩但不怎麼好，美國QE即將退場，我國的GDP只能保二，建議政府讓電價再分兩次調漲，降低大家的預期心理對消費市場的衝擊，不要好幾項湊在一起漲價。

張平沼：『讓社會大眾，不要心理的因素影響整個物價，我覺得現在台灣的物價沒有上漲的條件，也不應該上漲，但是預期的心理可能會影響物價上漲。』

全國工業總會理事長許勝雄則說，不能讓台電倒，怎樣讓民眾從台電的績效了解漲價的道理，但是該面對的還是要面對，電價該不該漲是很複雜的問題。
