〈快訊〉財部建議修奢侈稅　農地買賣擬課稅

奢侈稅實施滿2年，財政部舉辦首場產官學界公聽會，會後財政部表示奢侈稅有達到抑制短期投機和穩定房市的目標，因此奢侈稅將只修不廢，建議未來修法可以延長現有「持有2年內賣出課稅」期限，另外，非都市土地，也就是「農地」也可能納入奢侈稅範圍。
