陸雅虎電郵關閉　「易信」挑戰「微信」

曾經一枝獨秀的大陸中國雅虎電子郵件，在競爭激烈的網路戰場中走入歷史，因為不敵大陸後來崛起的本土電郵，網易和騰訊QQ，當初號稱的終生電郵服務結果只維持了14年。

大陸央視新聞片段：「美國雅虎1999年進入中國，雅虎郵箱成為早期互聯網網民第一個郵箱，雅虎於2007年將自身定位為史上首款『終身郵箱』，開放註冊的第1小時，每秒註冊50名新用戶。」

中國雅虎電郵沒落的主因，是容量和過濾垃圾郵件等功能都逐漸落後對手，但它在2007年還曾經居於領先地位，到今年3月，大陸市占率卻滑落到只剩1.9%，8月19日停止服務後，用戶的郵件和帳號都會被永久刪除，有老字號淘汰，被更多的新服務取代，大陸中國電信和網易2家公司合作，宣布推出新的手機即時通訊軟體「易信」，要和目前在對岸獨霸的騰訊微信We Chat打對臺。

大陸東方衛視新聞片段：「(易信)具有跨網免費短信(簡訊)、免費電話留言等獨特功能，客戶可以通過易信發送語音留言到手機，或者固定電話，實現免費的溝通。」

超越對手的2大新功能，再加上中國電信系統的手機內建安裝，對領先的微信We Chat來勢洶洶，專家認為手機結合網路服務，才是資訊市場的主流浪潮。
