區段徵收存廢？ 綠：不是李鴻源說了算

苗栗大埔案爭議，內政部長李鴻源今天表示區段徵收「不能廢」，但民進黨團書記長吳秉叡說，國家不可能沒有土地開發的法令，但不是李鴻源說了算，要不要廢、怎麼修「當然可以討論」，應從國土規畫的角度出發，不合理的規定就該調整；黨團已決定將區段徵收修法列為下會期優先法案，包括哪些地方適用區段徵收、發回比例，及若地主不願參加開發有何解決機制等都納入修法檢討範圍。

他指出，例如大台北地區土地開發就隱藏太多暴利，相較於市地重劃地主可分回百分之五十五以上，區段徵收發回地主的比例卻僅百分之四十，且又不是原地分配，而採抽籤，「為何政府可以賺那麼多人民的錢？」
