行政院長江宜樺今天在行政院會聽取海巡署「強化海巡護漁捍衛主權漁權」報告後表示，臺灣四面環海，海洋事務牽涉廣泛而複雜，今後相關部會應持續發揮團隊精神，密切協調合作，以保障漁民作業安全。

江宜樺表示，「特宏興368號」漁船喋血案件，發生原因之一是漁船主自行於境外僱用漁工，隨機上下船，漁工薪資低，素質良莠不齊，容易發生管理糾紛與事故，請農委會與各地區漁會研議建立好的管理機制，必要時應全盤檢修「漁業法」等相關法規，擬訂長遠對策。

他進一步表示，政府已多次強調「只要是合法出海作業的漁船，一定予以保護」，請海巡署持續貫徹政府政策，維護我國漁民的安全，加強各項護漁行動，以確保我國漁民應有的權益。
