葉兩傳仍獲交保　檢考慮抗告

【法庭中心／台北報導】廣告鬼才葉兩傳涉與名媛同居人賴郁芬共同侵占比利時珠寶商27顆合計價值上億元鑽石，北檢不服法院裁定兩人交保，上周提抗告成功，但北院今重開羈押庭，仍裁定兩人各200萬元交保，僅增加限制住居、定期赴派出所報到的條件。北檢發言人黃謀信回應：「收到裁定再決定是否抗告。」
 
葉、賴2人日前遭1名比利時珠寶商控告，2人涉嫌假借辦珠寶展為由，商借鑽石，事後卻有價值上億元鑽石未還。檢警日前發動搜索、約談後，以葉、賴有串證、逃亡之虞為由聲押，但法官裁定各以200萬元交保。但檢方抗告成功，高院發回北院重開羈押庭。
