928檔推案 近5年第二大量

根據住展雜誌調查今年北台灣928檔的推案量，今年928檔推案量達1,794億元，較去年的2,189億元，推案量減少了395億元，減幅為18個百分點，但仍為近5年來928檔次高的推案量。其中，案量10億元以上指標性的建案合計達39個，台北市的指標建案有9個、新北市的指標建案有13個、桃園地區的指標建案有12個，新竹地區的指標建案則有4個之多。住展雜誌研發長倪子仁表示，今年928檔雖沒再爆出新天量，然近1,800億元的案量仍不可謂不大，在大資金行情仍未見退場的推波助瀾下，大台北區房價仍是中長期看漲。
