颱風來襲，彰化縣福興鄉福寶村今天中午雨水淹至腳，路面如小型河道般，還有民眾抓到一隻魚。福寶村長黃耀輝說，颱風急降雨，讓村內部份道路淹水，甚至淹到村民家內，所幸急大雨沒造成人員傷亡。
