美國房市復甦減弱

據路透社報導指出，美國7月份二手房屋購買合約連續第二個月下滑，表明抵押貸款利率的上升正在影響該國房市復甦。全美不動產協會 (NAR) 周三公布，7月成屋待完成銷售指數較上月下跌1.3%。降幅大於多數分析師的預期，該數據對華爾街影響甚微，市場的關注焦點放在美國可能對敘利亞發動軍事打擊方面。
