【綜合報導】美國現年64歲女長泳老將奈雅德(Diana Nyad)，從29歲開始，第5次挑戰從古巴哈瓦那游到美國佛州，終於完成35年來的夢想，成為全球第一位成功從古巴游到美國的人。
 
奈雅德於上周六（8月31日），古巴時間早上約9點下水開始長泳，費時約53小時，於美東時間2日下午2點左右抵達終點，游完約177公里的泳程，全程都不用防鯊籠，先前她數度挑戰，遭水母襲擊，都無法挑戰成功，高齡64歲的她，終於創下紀錄。
