【郭寶懃／台北報導】捷運局9月起將分批標租捷運聯合開發商辦大樓，包括捷運新莊線行天宮站旁有2個地段分別為松江路318號1樓和松江路273號地上6樓，其餘在新莊線忠孝新生站周邊新生南路一段56號地上13樓，與捷運新店線新店區公所站北新路1段293號地上3樓~7樓。

台北市捷運局表示，捷運新莊線行天宮站松江路318號1樓面積為271坪，月租86.6萬元，預定10月2日開標；捷運新莊線行天宮站松江路273號地上6樓，面積129坪，月租15.5萬元，預定9月12日開標；新莊線忠孝新生站為新生南路一段56號地上13樓，面積111坪，月租17.2萬元，預定9月13日開標；捷運新店線新店區公所站北新路1段293號地上3樓~7樓，含車位面積19坪~81坪，月租2萬~8萬元，預定9月12日開標。
