南美多國遭寒流襲擊 罕見降雪13死

南美許多國家近日來遭寒流襲擊，氣溫驟降，罕見降雪，至少造成13 人死亡。

這一波寒流席捲祕魯、玻利維亞及巴拉圭，導致五千多頭牲畜死亡，其中祕魯山區受創最嚴重。祕魯境內將近半數的行政區域都宣布停課，祕魯總統前往災區視察，並指示運送毛毯、糧食及醫藥。

在波利維亞，許多道路因為大許覆蓋，而無法通行，導致部分地區的民生物資補給中斷。

氣象局表示，未來幾天，還有更大降雪。
