潘基文：動武將使敘國衝突更惡化

聯合國秘書長潘基文3日指出，因為敘利亞使用化學武器就對敘利亞發動攻擊，可能使敘國的衝突更加惡化。但潘基文堅持，陷入分裂的安理會「對人類有集體的責任」，團結並阻止使用化武。他並表示，「我們必須考慮任何懲罰性的行動，可能會對任何政治解決的行動造成衝擊。」
