金管會三箭齊發　台股不賞臉！曾銘宗：不能只看單日表現

金管會祭出3大提振股市措施，台股卻不賞臉，對此，金管會主委曾銘宗4日指出，這方案不是臨時推出來的，金管會是經過審慎評估，況且任何措施的效益都不能只看單日，他對台股有信心。

曾銘宗4日早上與銀行負責人座談，不過。由於他3日才宣布3大提振股市措施，包括開放成分股先買後賣當沖、擴大平盤以下放空等措施，只是台股並不賞臉，早盤走跌。

對此，曾銘宗4日在座談會前受訪時指出，振興股市措施不是臨時推出來的，金管會是經過2、3周審慎評估，從量、價或是與第2季財報來看，股市基本面良好，因此，適時推出，他還說，任何措施的效益不能只看單日表現，他對台股有信心。

金管會宣布的3大提振股市措施，包括開放投資人先買後賣，當日沖銷交易；擴大平盤以下可融券賣出標的，從目前的150檔全面開放至1202檔；暫行放寬證券自營商得以漲跌停板申報買賣有價證券，不過，第一項當沖交易涉及電腦系統修正，預估明年1月6日實施，其他兩項在今年9月23及9月9日就可實施。
