各位先進，小弟是國立理工碩士，最近拿到這兩個OFFER，不知道如何抉擇，請各位給點意見吧! 友達晶材台塑南亞職位研發工程師研發人員工時 0800~0600 面試時主管說下班時間不一定 == 福利未知好像步錯薪資 N*14+績效獎金 N*14 一年好像72w 地點后里嘉義新港住所宿舍或家裡租屋不知道哪個比較有發展性，未來薪水的成長比較快，南亞新港廠的環境好嗎?還是化工廠都一樣遭? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.252.201.21
