Beats出售少數股權給凱雷

美國高檔耳機製造商Beats 27日表示，私募股權業者凱雷集團（Carlyle）將收購其少數股權，Beats將讓出兩席董事給凱雷。

消息人士透露，交易金額為5億美元，如此Beats估值超過10億美元。這樁交易有助Beats拓展成為全球消費電子裝置公司的野心。

另外，Beats將買回宏達電手中25%的持股，且清償本票等，宏達電表示共有4.15億美元進帳。
