【短片】氣象局發布菲特中颱海上颱風警報

【許敏溶／台北報導】中度颱風菲特持續逼近台灣，昨深夜11時中心來到台北東南方約770公里海面上，氣象局也在昨深夜11時30分發布海上颱風警報，若移動路徑不變，不排除今天下午發布陸上警報。

氣象局表示，菲特暴風半徑維持250公里，依照目前預測路徑，中心可能從北部海面通過，暴風圈可能掃過北部部分陸地，也不排除中心更靠近陸地甚至中心登陸的機會，明天是最接進台灣時刻，北部、東北部山區將有豪雨以上降雨，民眾要嚴加戒備。
