烤洞療法烤2年無效　患者中風提告求償

【陳詩璧／綜合報導】新北市三重區一家民俗療館，標榜有排毒和預防中風「烤洞療法」，被林姓患者控告違反醫師法、詐欺跟業務過失傷害，新北地院昨天分別判處民俗療館的蔡姓負責人，有期徒刑15個月跟拘役50天。

根據《聯合報》報導，林姓患者，在3年多前經過朋友介紹，到蔡姓負責人所開設的民俗醫療館治療，兩星期過後，背部灼傷化膿，當時不想再治療，但是蔡姓負責人表示要持續治療才會有效果，於是林姓患者忍痛治療，結果在去年6月中風，導致左半身癱瘓，林姓患者認為蔡姓負責人的「烤洞療法」沒有醫學根據也沒有療效，所以提起告訴，加上還有另外2名患者，也指控接受過蔡姓負責人推薦的烤洞療法，新北市衛生局發現，這項療法不是合法調理行為，加上蔡姓負責人沒有醫師資格，法官因此認定他違反藥師法。
