11 Year Old Washington Boy From Fort Colville Elementary School Found Guilty Of Murder Conspiracy

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國華盛頓州2名分別11歲與10歲的男童，遭指控在今年2月時，企圖謀殺一名同班女同學，昨天(12日)法院宣判11歲男童一級企圖謀殺罪成立，另一名涉案10歲男童較早就已認罪，被判入感化院至少3至5年。

案情指出，這2名男童想謀殺女童的動機十分簡單，「因為她很煩(annoying)」，兩人都已經帶上了刀和手槍到學校，結果因為在校車上取出把玩，遭到同學向校方檢舉從2人身上搜出刀械和手槍。11歲男童的律師不斷向法官強調，男童患有躁鬱症，但未被法官採納。法官在做出判決前表示：「這應該是我一生所處理過最嚴重的一個案件」。
