江宜樺：倒閣案若未過 不關閉協商大門

行政院長江宜樺今天針對倒閣案對外說明，江宜樺指出，憲法對不信任案有嚴格規定，若未通過等於行政院獲得施政的正當性，立法院在野黨應回應全民期待，讓不必要的政爭告一段落。

江宜樺說，今天的記者會是在上周五確定民進黨提出不信任案（倒閣案），跟幾位核心閣員做過意見交換後，認為行政院在這樣的憲政時刻，應該為自己立場提出辯護，而過去幾天和個別閣員的接觸，他們也都認同行政院必須團結在一起表達立場，並獲得總統的支持。

江宜樺強調，不信任案的提出是憲政大事，會嚴肅以對，無論是否具有反對黨所說具有的民意基礎，希望朝野政黨行使權力時，都是經過審慎考慮，而行政院這邊也對可能結果都會做好心理準備。

江宜樺表示，未來若不信任案被否決，行政院團隊能有機會繼續為民服務，當然不會關閉跟任何黨派溝通協商的大門，希望大家以共同利益為共同依歸，台灣才能真正跳出政爭的泥淖。
