威力纖案 上午10點北檢約談連惠心

連惠心出資成立的菁茵荋公司，因產品「威力纖Plus」被驗出含禁藥Cetilistat惹爭議，連惠心上午10時將到北檢接受約談，說明相關案情。

國民黨立委蔡正元昨天引用藥事法，在立法院院會總質詢時指出，Cetilistat根本不算藥品，遑論被列為禁藥，案子查到最後可能是烏龍一場。

衛福部長邱文達答詢時說，政府對此案沒有任何立場，目前只是驗出威力纖含有Cetilistat成分，Cetilistat目前在國內並未核准使用。
