【李定宇／新北報導】淡水漁人碼頭福容飯店所屬的情人塔，日前因風大導致8名遊客受困半空長達9小時，新北市府工務局、消保官等單位今天舉行聯合複查，下午業者將模擬演練情人塔升降設備，新北市府再確認無虞後，將再重新開放啟用。
