民眾怨重建太慢 福島市市長換人做

日本共同社報導，日本「福島市」市長選舉，已經揭曉，無黨派的政治新人，今年五十四歲的前日本「環境省」官員「小林香」，以極大優勢擊敗力爭四連霸的現任市長「瀨戶孝則」。

有分析認為，「瀨戶孝則」這次選輸的原因，主要是福島核災重建速度太慢，民眾因此將怒氣出在選舉上。

日本媒體也報導說，福島縣今年四月的郡山市市長選舉、九月的「磐城市」市長選舉，尋求連任的現任市長，也都選輸。福島核災範圍區內的三市市長，在不到一年之內，全部輸掉選舉，在日本戰後政治史上，相當罕見。

而「瀨戶孝則」在接受媒體採訪時，坦承福島核災就是他敗選的主要原因。同時，由於「瀨戶孝則」也獲得日本執政黨「自民黨」推薦，但還是落敗，日本內閣官房長官「菅義偉」則低調表示，不管誰當選，日本中央政府還是會積極推動福島地區重建工作。
