各地晴朗多雲 早晚氣溫偏低

受東北季風影響，清晨受輻射冷卻效應影響，各地氣溫仍低，清晨嘉義低溫10.2度，新竹10.5度。

氣象局表示，今天天氣跟昨天類似，在穩定且水氣偏乾的情況下，各地仍然是晴到多雲的天氣；白天的高溫，北部及宜蘭、花蓮地區約２２到２４度，中南部及臺東地區約２５到２７度，入夜後到明天清晨因為輻射冷卻的緣故，氣溫還是比較偏低，所以大多地區日夜溫差仍然有機會達到１０度之多，日夜溫差相當大，請民眾特別留意日夜溫度的變化，適時增減衣物。
