悠活案監院提糾正 悠活籲環評回歸法制

監察院今天通過墾丁悠活渡假村案糾正內政部及屏東縣政府；悠活渡假村表示，悠活5月被開罰後營業規模縮水，坐失暑假旺季房客，粗估營收損失逾億元；改以「集合住宅」以月租方式租給民間企業，並未違反建築法「擅自變更使用」規定，為照顧員工生計，迄未解雇員工，希望環評爭議回歸法制面，儘快劃下句點。
