醃頭案 傳保險業務員作證

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義市14日電）男子陳佳富被控殺害胞妹、醃頭棄屍，嘉義地院今天傳2名保險業務員作證，2人都指證陳佳富隱瞞妹妹無業、精障等事實。

37歲的陳佳富被控為謀保險金，去年3月殺害胞妹後，醃頭棄屍，將胞妹頭顱放在嘉義縣水上鄉一座寺廟男廁內。

陳佳富的精神鑑定報告上週出爐後，精神鑑定報告認為，沒有證據顯示陳佳富有精神解離或多重人格，這項鑑定恐攸關日後法院量刑。

嘉義地方法院在陳佳富精神鑑定報告出爐後，合議庭加快審理速度，今天上午提訊在押的陳佳富，並傳訊承辦陳佳富為胞妹陳婉婷投保的2名保險業務員出庭作證。

2名承辦壽險及意外險的業務員都指證，陳佳富為胞妹投保時，隱瞞胞妹無業、領有身心障礙手冊情形，並謊稱妹妹在市場上班，精神正常。

由於2名保險業務員的證詞明顯對被告不利，陳佳富當庭並未辯駁，由律師廖道成代答。

為了釐清各項事實，嘉義地院合議庭下午將傳訊陳佳富在新北市住處的樓下鄰居，以釐清陳佳富住家樓下水管冒出類似肉屑情形。1030114
