日本首相安倍晉三22日在瑞士達沃斯「世界經濟論壇」發表演說，呼籲亞洲國家軍事自制，一般認為是針對中國積極整軍經武而發。

安倍說，「我們在亞洲必須節制軍事擴張，經濟成長的紅利不應該浪費在軍事擴張上，應該用來投資於創新和人才資源，這樣才會進一步促進這個區域的成長」。

安倍說，「日本已發誓永遠不再發動戰爭，我們將繼續祝願世界和平」。安倍是首位在世界經濟論壇 (WEF)發表keynote (讀賣新聞譯為「基調講演」)演說的日本首相，22日的講詞幾乎全篇針對中國而發。
