中央氣象局18時05分發佈豪雨特報：鋒面影響，今（12）日，彰化以北及南投地區，有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，雲林以南、恆春半島、宜蘭及花蓮地區，有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風，山區請慎防坍方及落石；低窪地區請慎防淹水。
