菲代表「根本沒見到」　家屬：慰問就叫道歉嗎？

針對菲律賓聲稱，已由駐台代表向遭菲國射殺死亡漁民洪石成的家屬道歉，家屬晚間不滿地表示，慰問與道歉是兩碼子事，他們要的是公開道歉。
 
「中央社」報導，洪石成的家屬答覆媒體表示，菲國駐台人員來探視時，主要的家屬都在外面，根本就沒見到對方，「慰問就叫道歉嗎？中文好像不是這樣用的吧」。
 
家屬說，菲律賓要就開國際記者會，正式公開道歉，不必跑來慰問。
