監委巡察澎湖軍司法機關

軍方表示，監察院司法及獄政、財政及經濟、教育及文化委員會共6位委員今天前往澎湖地區，聯合巡察澎湖防衛部禁閉室及澎湖監獄，聽取澎湖監獄專題報告及南部地方軍事法院、檢察署等單位業務簡報，實地瞭解現行作業及管理概況。

召委黃武次表示，澎湖監獄為戒毒監獄，加上地處離島，其戒毒成效、醫療資源及安全維護作為是監察院關注的課題；此外，藉由此次巡察瞭解離島地區的軍法偵查審判過程，是否符合人權保障及程序正義等要求，監委並針對各機關提出建言，作為改進參考依據。
