〈快訊〉彰銀強併台新　財部反對：注意股價

彰銀今天召開常務董事會，以2席為台新金控法人代表的優勢，表決通過彰銀與台新銀行的合併案，財政部傍晚表達堅決反對的立場，並強調這項舉動於法不合，同時也行文金管會、證交所等單位，注意台新金對此有沒有故意影響股價的嫌疑。
