蘇力威脅全台　各地應嚴防強風豪雨

【綜合報導】中央氣象局凌晨02:30發布蘇力海上陸上颱風警報。
 
中度颱風，編號第7號(國際命名：SOULIK，中文譯名：蘇力)目前中心位置在北緯 22.7 度，東經 127.0 度，即在宜蘭的東南東方約 580 公里之海面上，繼續向西北西移動，暴風圈逐漸接近臺灣東部海面，對臺灣各地將構成威脅。

暴風半徑：7級風暴風半徑 280 公里，10級風暴風半徑 100 公里，以每小時23公里速度，向西北西進行。

陸上：臺灣各地區（含綠島、蘭嶼）應嚴加戒備並防強風豪雨。
 
海上：臺灣北部海面、東北部海面、東南部海面、臺灣海峽及巴士海峽航行及作業船隻應嚴加戒備。
